1. Payment for hire must be paid in full at least 1 week in advance of hire.  This payment should be made online, unless extenuating circumstances agreed by management.

2. Furniture & equipment must be treated with care at all times and any damage must be reported to our staff or volunteers.. 

3. The space must be left clean and tidy following the hire.  We do ask that all excess rubbish is taken with you.

4. Hire cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to full charge.

5. We are a non-smoking site.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site.

6. In the event of a fire please use your nearest fire exit.

7. Children will be the responsibility of the hiring individual/organisation and must be supervised at all times

8. There is one scheduled fire alarm test which is Friday at 10am.  If you hear the fire alarm at another time, please exit the building as quickly as possible.  The fire brigade will attend automatically.

9. Inns Court Community & Family Centre will be excused, with no liability, financial or otherwise, from not performing its contractual obligations that become impossible or impracticable due to an event or effect that the parties could not have anticipated or controlled. This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather events and blanket illness.
